On March 4, 2011, Thomas R. Hislop, 62, resigned from the Board of Directors of Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Hislop had served on the Board of Directors of the Company and on that of its predecessor, Arizona Land Income Corporation, since its formation in 1988.
