On March 2, 2011, Dennis Nelson notified Phoenix Footwear Group, Inc, (the “Company”) that he will resign as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company, effective March 31, 2011.
The Company’s press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, also announced this event.
