On or about March 8, 2011, Wells Mid-Horizon Value-Added Fund I, LLC (the "Registrant") sent a letter to the members of the Registrant providing the 2010 estimated net asset value. A copy of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
