On March 7, 2011, Rex Energy Corporation announced that the borrowing base under its Credit Agreement, dated September 28, 2007, as amended, with KeyBank National Association, Royal Bank of Canada, Sovereign Bank, and the lenders from time to time parties thereto, was increased from $125.0 million to $160.0 million, effective as of March 4, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
