In connection with its previously announced public underwritten offering, Triangle Petroleum Corporation (the "Company") intends to disclose a map to potential investors, which contains non-public information.
The Company is furnishing a copy of the map as Exhibit 99.1 to, and incorporated by reference in, this Current Report.
