On March 7, 2011, Realty Income Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it had signed a purchase agreement to acquire up to 33 single-tenant, retail, distribution, office and manufacturing properties for approximately $544 million under long-term, net lease agreements. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
