Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 28, 2011, Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. hosted a conference call to discuss the Company’s results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. A transcript of the conference call is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
