Cash Dividend
On March 1, 2011 Fremont Michigan InsuraCorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.04 per share on the common stock of the Company payable on March 31, 2011 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2011.
