On March 1, 2011, TiVo Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and a copy of the FY11 Q4 Key Financial Metric Trend Sheets is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
