In connection with the Annual Report of Encore Energy Partners LP (“ENP”) on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on the date hereof (the “Report”), I, Richard A. Robert, Chief Financial Officer of Encore Energy Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of ENP, certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 1350, as adopted pursuant to Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that:
