Item 8.01 Other Events
The Company issued a press release on February 28, 2011 announcing its results for the year and quarter ended November 30, 2010. The Company also announced that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.07 per share to shareholders of record as of May 2, 2011, to be paid on June 2, 2011.
