Item 5.02 (b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
On February 24, 2011, Dave R. Lopez resigned from the Board of Directors after being named the Secretary of Commerce for the State of Oklahoma. Mr. Lopez has served as a Class III director since 2005.
Mr. Lopez’s resignation was not due to a disagreement or any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
