(e) On February 23, 2010, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Director of Applied Energetics, Inc. (the “Company”) awarded, with a grant date of February 28, 2011, 23,000, 17,000 and 17,000 restricted stock units, respectively, to Joseph Hayden, the Company’s President and principal executive officer, Eric Lau, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Engineering, and Humberto Astorga, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. The restricted stock units vest as to one-third of the shares on the third business day following the dates on which the Company files its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the years ending December
31, 2011, 2012 and 2013 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
