Item 2.02 – Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On February 28, 2011, IRIS International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will host a conference call today at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, 1:30 p.m. Pacific time.
