the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the
“SEC”) on February 25, 2011 (the “Report”), the undersigned hereby certifies, pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
§ 1350 as adopted pursuant to § 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, to my knowledge based upon a
