On February 23, 2011, Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. issued a press release reporting the financial results for the fourth quarter of 2010 and the year ended December 31, 2010. Copies of the press release and Supplemental Financial Information are attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Current Report”) as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 2.02 disclosure.
