Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 24, 2011, Valeant issued a press release announcing results of operations for
the quarter ended December 31, 2010 and certain other financial information as of and for the
quarter ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this
report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
