On February 16, 2011, Rosanne Haggerty informed Quest Diagnostics Incorporated of her decision to not seek re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held May 17, 2011, and to retire from the Board after 9 years of service, effective as of the date of the Annual Meeting, when her current term as a director expires.
