Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
     On February 23, 2011, Avago Technologies Ltd. (“Avago” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of its fiscal year ending October 30, 2011. The Company will host an investor conference call on February 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time to discuss these results.
     The foregoing description is qualified in its entirety by reference to the press release dated February 23, 2011, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
