On February 22, 2011, Magnolia Solar Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Magnolia Solar, Inc. will be participating in two panel discussions on clean energy and photovoltaics at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
