On February 21, 2011, Huron Consulting Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing
its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press
release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated in this
report as if fully set forth herein.
