On February 22, 2011, GrafTech International Ltd. issued a press release announcing that management would host a conference call to discuss the accounting related to recent acquistions. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. The Company has also prepared investor presentation materials regarding such accounting matters, which are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
