Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 16, 2011, Chatham Lodging Trust issued a press release announcing its results of
operations for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
