Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Amendment to Credit Agreement
On February 11, 2011, Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (the "Company") executed an amendment (the "Amendment") to the credit agreement dated May 10, 2001, among the Company, various financial institutions and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (as successor to Bank One, NA), as successor administrative agent, as amended (the "Credit Agreement"). The Amendment extends the termination date of the Credit Agreement to May 9, 2014. The Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. are also parties to a credit agreement dated December 29, 2010.
