Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 15, 2011, Isabella Bank Corporation issued a letter to its shareholders announcing
its results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2010.
A copy of the shareholder letter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated
herein by reference.
