On Thursday February 17, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing receipt of approval from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Department to move its listing from the NASDAQ Capital Market to the NASDAQ Global Market, effective with the opening of business on February 18, 2011, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
