Item 2.02   Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 17, 2011, Aruba Networks, Inc. (“Aruba”) issued a press release reporting selected financial results for the three months ended January 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The press release refers to certain non-GAAP financial measures. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the press release.
Item 5.02   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
On February 14, 2011, Steffan Tomlinson informed Aruba of his intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 31, 2011, to pursue a career in venture capital. The Company has initiated a search for a replacement. A copy of the press release relating to this event is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
