On February 9, 2011, Kenneth I. Chenault, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Company (the “Company”), and Douglas E. Buckminster, President of the Company’s International Consumer Card and Small Business Services business, delivered a presentation at the Company’s semi-annual Financial Community Meeting.
