Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 14, 2011, Media Sciences International, Inc. issued a press release announcing its quarterly financial results for the period ended December 31, 2010, and provided supplemental financial data, copies of which are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively. Both exhibits are incorporated herein by reference.
