An exhibit is filed herewith in connection with the
Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-165627)
filed by Archer-Daniels-Midland Company with the
Securities and Exchange Commission. On February 11, 2011,
Archer-Daniels-Midland Company issued $1,500,000,000 in
aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes due
2012. The purpose of this Current Report is to file with
