On February 9, 2011, National Bankshares, Inc. announced that, because of his planned retirement due to age limitations for Directors in the Company’s by-laws, Jack H. Harry will not stand for re-election to the National Bankshares, Inc. Board of Directors at the annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for April 12, 2011.
