ITEM 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 8, 2011, SRA International, Inc. issued a press release on its financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2010, and updated its guidance for fiscal year 2011. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
