Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 3, 2011, Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (“TDS”) issued a news release announcing selected customer information for the fourth quarter of 2010 and updated guidance for the full year 2010. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
