Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 3, 2011, CVS Caremark Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. Attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the Company’s related press release dated February 3, 2011.
