Item 8.01. Other Events.
Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on January 31, 2011, announcing that it will be releasing its fourth quarter and year-end 2010 financial results on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, after the close of the market. The Company also announced that it will host a conference call on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time, to review the Company’s fourth quarter and year-end 2010 financial results. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at www.terex.com.
