Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 1, 2011, ICON Income Fund Ten, LLC (the “LLC”) distributed its 2010 Year End Liquidation Update (the “Liquidation Update”) to the broker-dealers who sold the original membership interests in the LLC. The LLC will distribute the Liquidation Update to its members on February 15, 2011. A copy of the Liquidation Update is being furnished as an exhibit hereto.
The information in this Report is provided under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K and shall not be deemed “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
