On January 27, 2011, American Pacific Corporation (the “Company”) began mailing to its stockholders the Company’s 2010 Annual Report to Stockholders, which contains a letter to stockholders, dated January 2011, from John R. Gibson, Chairman of the Board, and Joseph Carleone, President and Chief Executive Officer, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
