On January 27, 2011, Umpqua Holdings Corporation issued a press release announcing fourth quarter and full year 2010 financial results.  Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and filed (rather than “furnished”) are fourth quarter and year end 2010 unaudited results for Umpqua Holdings Corporation.
