Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 24, 2011, Transcat, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its
financial results for its fiscal year 2011 third quarter and nine months ended December 25, 2010.
The
press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
