registration statement on Form S-3 (File no. No. 333-170569) under the Securities Act of 1933, as
amended, relating to the offering by BGH GP Holdings, LLC of Buckeye Partners, L.P.’s limited
partnership units. A copy of the consent is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated
