Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 27, 2011, Bassett Furniture Industries issued a news release relating to, among other things, the fourth quarter financial results for the fiscal year ended November 27, 2010, and also the potential sale of the Company’s interest in the International Home Furnishings Center.
