On January 25, 2011, the EDGAR filer for GeoBio Energy, Inc. (the “Company”), incorrectly filed a Form 8-K for SARS Corporation under the Company’s CIK file number. The filing was in error and does not involve, or relate to, the officers, directors or the business of the Company.
