On January 24, 2011, Clinical Data, Inc. issued a press release announcing that, on January 21, 2011, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved vilazodone HCl tablets, to be marketed under the brand name Viibryd™, for the treatment of major depressive disorder. The text of this press release is set forth as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
