Effective January 15, 2011, Thomas Kauffman resigned as thePresident and Chief Financial Officer of the registrant. Perry D. Logan will serve as Interim President and continue to serve as the CEO and a director of the registrant. Thaddeus (Ted) Marek will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer and continue to serve as the Secretary/Treasurer and a director.
