Earnings Call Announcement
On January 19, 2011, the Company announced it will provide certain data including year-end 2010 reserves and 2011 guidance in a release to be issued February 3, 2011. The Company also plans to release its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full year 2010 before the market opens on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. The Company plans to host a teleconference and webcast at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time (10:00 a.m. Mountain time) on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 to discuss these results. The webcast may be accessed at the Company’s website (www.billbarrettcorp.com).
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
