Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 14, 2011, the Company announced that on Wednesday, January 26, 2011, it will report its earnings results for its fiscal year ended November 30, 2010, and that on Wednesday, January 26, 2011, it will host a conference call at 4:00 p.m. CST to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
