Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Thomas J. Stecz, Corporate Controller of the Company, retired from the Company on January 14, 2011. Mr. Stecz had served in that position since March 2003.
In connection with the voluntary retirement of Mr. Stecz, the Company appointed Michael P. Randall as Corporate Controller of the Company, effective January 17, 2011. Mr. Randall was named Director Strategic Finance Analysis & Planning in May 2008. He has progressed steadily through the Company serving in different financial assignments since joining the Company in December 2000.
