Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 13, 2011, St. Bernard Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the rebranding of the Company as “EdgeWave.” Until the Company seeks and obtains stockholder approval for a name change, the Company will use EdgeWave as a dba (fictitious business name). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and shall not be deemed to be filed for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
