January 10, 2011, Symmetry Medical, Inc. issued a press release entitled
“Symmetry Medical Board of Directors Appoints Thomas J. Sullivan President and
Chief Executive Officer,” in which it announced the appointment of Thomas J.
Sullivan as President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 17, 2011, as
well as the reassignment of current President and CEO, Brian Moore, to the
position of President, Business Development effective that date.
