On January 7, 2011, Sunovia Energy Technologies, Inc. (“Sunovia”) issued a letter to its shareholders relating to the Company’s operating results as reported in its annual report for the year ended July 31, 2010 and quarterly report for the quarter ended October 31, 2010. A copy of the letter to shareholders is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
